HI! My name is April and I am the newest Production Director and morning show host of Kokomo’s Z92.5! Someone pinch me! I am so lucky to get to be a part of my favorite station since childhood.
You may know me from The City of Kokomo’s KGOV2, The Kokomo Lantern, City Line Trolly or maybe even Wonder Woman. I am passionate about sharing all of the great things happing in our community.
I grew up in Kokomo, attended Wallace Elementary before it was cool and graduated from Eastern High School. I’ve been lucky enough to live in Los Angeles California, Boise Idaho and Orlando Florida. They say home is where the heart is and my heart definitely belongs to the Z92.5 listening area.
I’m blessed to have five children who either currently attend or graduated from, my alma mater, Eastern Howard School Cooperation as well as four amazing step children. Our family is active in the marching band as well as Greentown BSA Troop 628 (girls) of which I am the Scoutmaster. We have a big crazy life full of activities, laughter and our small petting zoo. We have so many super fun pets!
Besides being a mom and a scoutmaster I also partner with my fantastic husband as the vice president/owner of the newest appliance repair business in Howard County, Expert Appliance Repair Inc.. Don’t worry, I still have time to be the most mediocre ukulele player on the planet.
