An update regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and our show: Dear valued Shipshewana On The Road patrons and vendors;
The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority every day. While health/safety standards and procedures are followed daily, we wanted to make you aware of the extra precautions we’re taking to ensure everyone stays healthy during this time of heightened concern about Coronavirus (COVID-19).
WHAT WE ARE DOING: * WE are closely monitoring daily updates and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). * WE have installed hand sanitizing stations at various locations around the facilities. * WE are sanitizing all door handles, surfaces, bars, etc. before, during and after every show, * WE are wearing Latex gloves during ticket sales. * WE are ensuring that every night our end-of-day cleaning team is disinfecting all hand-
contact surfaces in guest-accessible areas. * WE are increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all high-traffic areas throughout
the day in addition to nightly deep cleaning. * WE have retrained our entire staff in thorough and frequent hand-washing – fronts, backs. wrists, between finders – with soap and warm water for at least twenty (20) seconds each time. * WE have instructed employees, sub-contractors and vendors to never come to work if they
experience fever or any symptoms. At this time, unless otherwise notified, all shows will proceed as scheduled.
However, in the case of a cancelled or rescheduled show, patrons and vendors will be notified via Facebook and our E-Newsletter regarding postponement and/or refunds. We strongly recommend that every patron and vendor follow the CDC website regarding COVID- 19 ( https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html). If you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed on the website, please be courteous of other and stay home.
