The Irok Foundation will be hosting it’s annual “irok the Holidays” fundraiser on November 4 at Kokomo’s First Church of the Nazarene at 2734 S Washington Street. This dinner and silent auction will be held from 4-7pm. We are also excited to include a free children’s activity area. This activity area will include holiday themed crafts, games and activities for children toddler age through junior high!! This wonderful addition is sponsored by our friends at Financial Security & Investments!!
The Irok Foundation is a non profit foundation started by Kori Brown to help families of the Peyton Manning, Riley Downtown and Riley North pediatric centers for cancer and blood diseases, with surviving daily issues in extreme circumstances. Our goal is to help families with day to day expenses that are not covered by other means. To date, the irok Foundation has helped 147 Indiana families!!
Irok the Holidays 2017 is very important to the foundation as it will raise the money used to help the 2018 families. You can purchase tickets at the door for the event which will include spaghetti, breadsticks, salad, drink and dessert with gluten free options available. Tickets will be $5/individual and a maximum of $25/family. There will be a large silent auction with a variety of items from local businesses, families and individuals, along with many other organizations from across the state and nation!! There will be new, antique, and unique items as well as many gift certificates and gift cards.
