Our greatest need is for infant, toddler, and youth size coats, both boys and girls. Distribution will begin Oct. 5th by appointment only and run through the month of October while supplies last. Must be a Howard County resident and bring photo ID for all adults, proof of address, social security card, Birth Certificate, or Medicaid Card for each child, and proof of income and expenses for the last 30 days. Coats may be dropped off at the following locations:
