On April 7th from 10-11am Howard County CASA is hosting an informal information session at the Starbucks located at 1401 S Reed Rd. Kokomo. Our CASA program is close to serving every single child in need of a CASA in Howard County and are in need of a few more volunteers so we can serve all of the abused, neglected, and abandoned children in Howard County.
