For the 11th consecutive year, Club Kokomo Roadrunners, the area’s running the walking club, will hosts its Club Kokomo Cares 5K runs and 5K Walk in Highland Park. Proceeds of the event go to WE CARE. The day of the event is Thanksgiving Day Nov. 26, 2020. Application forms can be downloaded from Club Kokomo’s web site. www.clubkokomoroadrunners.com.
Race day registration is on Thanksgiving Day from 6:30AM to 7:30AM at Rogers Pavilion in Highland Park.
Cost is $10 for each runner or walker. Each finisher will receive a medal. Those who register may receive a pie in a random drawing. Male and female runner winners and male and female walker winners will receive a pie.
The run and walk will begin at 8:00AM.
