I have always been a Disney girl at heart! I have vivid memories of myself sitting on a couch as a kid watching The Little Mermaid and singing along with her- “LOOK AT THIS STUFF, ISN’T IT NEAT?!”
The Lion King, Cinderella, The Jungle Book, I loved them all! They are classics. Movies that make you feel nostalgic and good inside are the best kind. I don’t think these originals can ever be topped, but is sure is fun to see people try!
Aladdin was always one of my favorites. A sassy bird, a princess with the longest most beautiful hair, a flying carpet?! And… my first little girl crush. Yeah, that’s right. I was in love with a cartoon character. Not ashamed! (PS did you know that the voice of the original Aladdin is actually Steve from Full House?! Mind blown I know!
Aladdin is the newest film to be recreated! Will Smith is playing the Genie! He dropped a film poster on his FB recently and the world went wild! Then, came the preview. It’s very cryptic and mysterious, but when you realize what you’re watching you can’t help but freak out! Did you miss it? Check it out here! I can’t wait to see how the movie turns out!
