Another win for chocolate lovers! Eating up to six bars of chocolage a week could actually reduce your chance of having heart issues by almost a quarter. This study coming from Harvard studied the effects of chocolate on over 50,000 people. They found that the people that had between 2 and 6 small chocolate bars per week had a reduced risk of heart conditions than people who had less or no chocolate. So it’s settled!
