An event every day that begins at 7:00 pm, repeating until October 23, 2021
Combining history and macabre fantasy in the landmark setting of the Seiberling Mansion, just in time for Halloween!
The Howard County Historical Society presents the 2021 edition of our murder mystery tour on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 22 and 23. Four 50-minute tours will be offered each night. Guests will begin at the Elliott House, where our fortune teller and friends are waiting to entertain and serve refreshments while your group gathers. At the appropriate hour, Mansion hosts will greet each group and transport them back in time as they walk from the Elliott House to the Seiberling Mansion. There, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Sherlock Holmes take over as guides through the mansion as you track Jack the Ripper. Explore the workings of the criminal mind through conversations with visiting Victorian Gothic authors and their haunting creations. Will the clues lead you and Holmes to the Ripper? Will you be in time to save his next victim?
