As you all know, this past Sunday night was the series finale of Game of Thrones. I feel like there are probably a lot of you out there that would be okay with never hearing those 3 words again! Lol. There were many mixed reviews, but I’m here to talk about something we can all agree on. THE EDITING DEPARTMENT NEEDS A TALKING TO. Remember a couple weeks ago when fans noticed a Starbucks coffee cup sitting in the middle of a scene? It was quickly removed but not before Starbucks received over a billion dollars of free advertisement for how much people referenced it.
It was removed almost immediately the next day.
Well my friends. It happened again.
I couldn’t believe it when I got to work and saw that people were pointing out multiple water bottles that were left in one of the scenes that were CLEARLY visible. Granted, I didn’t notice them when I watched it- BUT I’M NOT AN EDITOR. THAT’S THEIR JOB. It seems like this just goes along with the nonsense twists and turns during this entire season. However, it did make me laugh a lot. Because when it comes down to it, it’s just a TV show. And its make believe. And people make mistakes. Made for some good stories this morning!
