According to Fox 29, there was a bill that was introduced that recommends Americans go to four-day workweeks. It recommends that full-time Americans only work 32 hours a week. In theory that sounds great so we have extra free time, but when it comes to paying there are a lot of questions.
If we do switch to 32 hour work weeks are we still going to get paid for 40? Will every business switch to this? Are regulations on overtime going to change?
How do you feel about this? I’m truly torn because the workaholic in me says I would get bored way too easily.
