Bridges Outreach Revives Their Program: Project 30

Bridges Outreach is hoping to impact students’ lives with Project 30. This is a mentoring program that over 800 students in Howard County have benefited from.

The program gives students an additional caring adult to their lives which is the fastest way to help youth thrive.

Mentors spend 30 minutes in the school of their choice to mentor a student that the school pairs with them. This is very flexible because the mentor picks the day and time so it works best around their busy schedule.

In order to get involved every mentor has to undergo a background check and a 45 minute training. This is quick and easy. The training takes place at Bridges Outreach’s main office downtown Kokomo.
