OH. MY. GOSH.
Second of all. Are you kidding me?!
Finally. Is this real life?!
Taylor Swift puts her heart and soul into everything she does. Her lyrics, her music, her time with fans. So I would expect nothing less from her tour. From start to finish it was a production of mass proportions. Numerous times through the show, I had to just silently stop and stand there- taking it all in. There was so much happening all the time. Music, dancers, confetti, fireworks, backdrops, fire, and of course amazing singing.
It was overwhelming in the best way possible. One of the things I love about Taylor Swift is how incredibly real she is, and how she longs to connect with her fans on a personal level. It’s impossible to Meet 70,000 people in one night, but that doesn’t stop her from having a Meet and Greet before and after her show to try and meet as many people as she can.
Each person received a light up bracelet when they walked into the stadium. Those bracelets lit up in sync with each song. It was her way of being able to light up the entire stadium to see everyone. And that small detail made people feel closer to her as a person. Detailed is the perfect word to describe this show. Even the confetti was mini newspapers that had actual words on them!
Snakes raising from the second and third stages. A massive python on the main stage. Intricate mashups of old songs and new. Fountains. Flying contraptions bringing her from the front of the stadium to the back. This tour had everything you could ask for and more. Taylor Swift is a pro. BEST. CONCERT. EVER.
Enjoy some of my favorite shots!
