This blog is ALL about feeling good. Part of feeling good is getting yourself in the right mind sight. Most of the time this is a daily, hourly, and even minutely thing that I need to work on. It’s difficult to keep a positive mindset in the chaos of everyday life sometimes. Moods can change quickly.
One thing that has ALWAYS helped my mood is music. It’s part of the reason that I went to school to work in radio. I think music is such a powerful tool. It inspires, makes us think, makes us sad, makes us nostalgic makes us dance. Not many things are so versatile in how they effect our moods! Music is a gift. I’ve learned to use it to my advantage.
If I could pass on a “music feeling” to anyone- it would be feeling empowered. Feeling that you are ENOUGH and that you DESERVE GOOD. We all struggle with feelings of inadequacy and sadness at times. Its normal. BUT, you need to stand up, brush yourself off, and keep going. Music can help you with that! One of the songs that I am digging most right now, is a little tune by RaeLynn called, “Queens Don’t”. I first hear about RaeLynn on The Voice.
