WZWZ Z92FIVE Cash Cow 2 Contest Rules:

1. All prizes must be claimed in person by the winner, unless otherwise specified. Proper legal identification will be required to claim prizes. If prizes are not picked up within the stated period, the winner waives their rights to the prize and said prize (if/when applicable) becomes the possession of WZWZ and may be awarded to another listener of WZWZ at our discretion. WZWZ will not notify winners of time remaining on prizes to be picked up. It is solely the winners responsibility to claim their prize within the time limit specified. No prizes will be mailed unless specified during contest or if special arrangements have been made. Prizes are non-transferable. WZWZ reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on the air indicating that person was the winner. WZWZ will not be responsible, or held liable for prizes awarded to an event that is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control. If any dispute arises regarding contests, the decision of WZWZ will be final. WZWZ, its agency, and representatives shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage from any WZWZ contest or prize awarded in a contest. All contest entries become the property of WZWZ and WZWZ may withhold any or all contest materials for any reason station management deems crucial to the completion of the contest, or for reasons relating to publicity and/or advertising. Multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.
2. Participants and the ultimate winner(s) of the cash cow promotion must provide their name, address, age and sex associated with this contest and must sign a general contest release form and affidavit of eligibility. Total annual winnings exceeding $600.00 will be reported to the IRS, as required by law. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
3. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

4. Any calls to the WZWZ contest and request lines, at 765-453-9205, or business lines, may be recorded for broadcast. WZWZ is not responsible for problems occurring within the telephone system, E-mail system, or WZWZ web site which either inhibit or increase the chances of winning a phone-in or electronic-mail contest. In case of telephone line malfunctions, email malfunctions, or WZWZ web site malfunctions, the decision of WZWZ will be final.
5. No employees or family members of the radio station, WZWZ, WMYK, WIOU, its licensee, Hoosier AM/FM LLC nor VOX communication are eligible to win any prizing associated with this promotion.
6. Employees and family members of co-sponsors and sub sponsors are valid and able to participate in this contest and are thereby eligible to win any prizing associated with the Z92FIVE cash cow contest.

7. Other radio stations in Indiana and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win the Z92FIVE Cash Cow contest.

8. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Z92FIVE cash cow contest.

9. The Z92FIVE cash cow contest dates are from August 15^th through conclusion on October 14th. Last date of entry for Cash Cow to become a bona fide contestant is October 13th at 12:00 A. M. (Midnight) ET.

10. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Prize winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize. If applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Winner’s first initial, last name, hometown and state will be disclosed on Winner’s List which will be distributed upon request and as required by law. No groups, clubs or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Cash Cow contest, agree to release Sponsor and Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind to persons including death or property which may be sustained directly or indirectly with the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize. Winner grants to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional review, notification or compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for a.) lost, illegible, late, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated, postage-due or non-delivered mail, entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), web site, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information b.) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of the web site. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with entry process or operation of contest or web site, to be acting in violation of the terms of the web site or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading or copying materials from or use of web site. If, for any reason, contest, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend contest, and determine winner from Internet entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. In case of dispute, authorized subscriber of e-mail account used to enter at actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address during the Contest Period.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In addition to all previously mentioned rules, in order to become a bona fide contestant, one of the following listed options must occur:

Option #1 to become a bona fide contestant of the Z92FIVE cash cow promotion:

1. An official cash cow sticker must be displayed on your vehicle. In the event that the sticker is damaged, torn off, stolen, etc. please note that this will not be a disqualifying factor.

Must be 18 years old to enter this contest.
OPEN TO ALL LEGAL INDIANA RESIDENTS WHO ARE OF 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
Previous winners of WZWZ contests are NOT disqualified from winning the Z92FIVE cash cow contest. These are special rules that supercede our other contest rules for all other WZWZ contests. Previous winner of Cash Cow is also eligible to win Cash Cow 2.

Option #2 to become a bona fide contestant of the Z92FIVE cash cow promotion:

A. The WZWZ employee that is directing the person to contact the radio station in order to provide the pertinent information to become properly registered to become a bona fide contestant of the cash cow contest.
All other contest rules mentioned throughout this document are applicable as well.

Option #3 to become a bona fide contestant of the Z92FIVE cash cow promotion:

Opportunities to become a bona fide contestant of the Z92FIVE cash cow promotion will be given at various co sponsor and sub sponsors locations at various dates and times. Listen to Z92FIVE for those opportunities. At these events, stickers will be available while they last and an opportunity to fill out all pertinent entry blank forms will be given to those desiring them thus allowing a contestant to become a bona fide contestant.
All other contest rules mentioned throughout this document are applicable as well.

Option #4 to become a bona fide contestant of the Z92FIVE cash cow promotion:

Opportunities to become a bona fide contestant will be given during our weekly on air cash cow "utter money" contest that allows an individual to simultaneously register to enter our weekly sponsored drawing for $100 and in this scenario all contestants of this portion will simultaneously become cash cow bona fide contestants when the radio personality properly and fully gathers the required information.

All other contest rules mentioned throughout this document are applicable as well.

Once all conditions have been met to become a bona fide contestant of the
Z92FIVE cash cow contest, the following conditions will need to be met in order to become a finalist in this contest.

Contestant Finalist Selection: To be considered a finalist all of the requirements mentioned in either option #1, #2, #3, or #4 above must have been met in addition to the following:

1. Contestant must be present at the grand finale to be held on October 14^th from 4 to 7 pm at Whisky Creek at 490 South Reed Road, Kokomo, IN 46901. Pre-registration check-in to be completed by 6:25 pm.

2. The finalist will be selected from qualified contestants that are present at the grand finale and have met all requirements spelled out in the all cash cow related contest rules. In addition the finalist will be selected by a random drawing of bona fide contestants that are present. The list of bona fide contestants acquired by WZWZ during this promotion will be brought to the grand finale event and one entry per person that fits all other requirements necessary within the rules of this cash cow contest will be placed in a container to be given the opportunity to be randomly selected to be announced. Once a contestants name that has been randomly selected from the container of bona fide contestants is announced three times, if the contestant is not found to be present and accounted for another contestant name will be drawn and the process will continue until a finalist is found or no finalist is found to be present and accounted for at the grand finale event. After the contestant name has been announced three times and if they have not been found to be present and accounted for and another contestant name has been announced, then all previously announced contestant names are void. Once a finalist is found the finalist must be able to verify they are fully eligible according to the cash cow contest rules described throughout this listing of contest rules found throughout this document. Once that finalist is approved as fitting all necessary guidelines of the law and rules, they will be given the opportunity to pick 1 of the 100 money bags.

WZWZ reserves the right to amend these contest rules and/or determine a contestants eligibility. All rules are subject to change without notice

The final contestant (Final finalist) that is given the opportunity at Whisky Creek to select one of the 100 money bags will be subject to the rules of the SCA promotion company's contest which are listed below:

CASH COW MONEY BAG PROMOTION
Pick 1 of 100


1.       No purchase necessary to play. Indiana eligibility requirements (Open to all residents of Indiana who are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry) excluding employees of WZWZ/WIOU/WMYK Hoosier AM/FM LLC and VOX Communication (including their family and household members). By participating in this contest, you agree to these Official Rules and to all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

2.      WZWZ is the Sponsor of the Cash Cow Promotion. The Promotion begins on 8/15/10 and ends on 10/14/10. The promotion begins at Midnight 8/15/10 and ends during the grand finale at Whisky Creek on October 14th, 2010 within the 4 PM – 7 PM grand finale or as long as it takes to wrap up all procedures associated with the finalist executing the process of picking a money bag. Bona Fide contestants must be present at Cash Cow Grand Finale at Whisky Creek and be checked in no later than the end time for check in. Check in ends at 6:20 pm. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time.

3.      Contestant Selection: The finalist will be selected from qualified contestants that are present at the grand finale and have met all requirements spelled out in the cash cow contest rules. In addition the finalist will be selected by a random drawing of bona fide contestants that are present. A contestants name will be announced three times and then if the contestant is not found to be present and accounted for another contestant name will be drawn and the process will continue until a finalist is found. After the contestant name has been announced three times and if they have not been found to be present and accounted for and another contestant name has been announced, then all previously announced contestant names are void. Once a finalist is found the finalist must be able to verify they and their contest entered vehicle are fully eligible according to the cash cow contest rules described throughout this listing of contest rules found throughout this document.

4.      How to Play: The finalist (as determined in the rules set out within this entire document) will have the opportunity to select ONE (1) out of ONE-HUNDRED (100) sealed envelopes. One (1) of the 100 envelopes will contain a Grand Prize winning message that says, “You’ve won the Z92FIVE $100,000 cash cow!!!!” and One (1) of the 100 envelopes will contain a Prize winning message that says, “You’ve won $10,000 in the Z92FIVE cash cow!!!!” One (1) of the 100 envelopes will contain a Prize winning message that says, “You’ve won $5,000 in the Z92FIVE cash cow!!!!” and ninety-eight (97) envelopes with the consolation prize message “You’ve won $1,000 in the Z92FIVE cash cow!!!!” If the contestant selects the envelope containing the Grand Prize winning message “You’ve won the Z92FIVE $100,000 cash cow!!!!” the contestant will win the $100,000 Grand Prize. If the contestant selects an envelope containing the secondary prize winning message “You’ve won $10,000 in the Z92FIVE cash cow!!!!” the contestant will win that $10,000 prize. If the contestant selects an envelope containing the tertriary prize winning message “You’ve won $5,000 in the Z92FIVE cash cow!!!!” the contestant will win that $5,000 prize. If the contestant selects an envelope containing a consolation prize message “You’ve won $1,000 in the Z92FIVE cash cow!!!!”, he/she will win a the $1,000 consolation prize. Only one envelope out of the set of 100 may be opened. If more than one envelope is opened, the promotion is void and WZWZ (or any of our co-sponsors or sub sponsors) is not liable for any prize reimbursement. Envelopes that are mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, or tampered with in any way, or which contain any printing or typographical errors, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for prize redemption.

5.      Prizes Available: One (1) Grand Prize of $100,000, Odds of winning: 1 in 100. If the grand prize is not won, it will not be awarded. One (1) Secondary Prize of $10,000, Odds of winning: 1 in 100. One (1) Tertiary Place Prize of $5,000, Odds of winning: 1 in 100. Ninety-Seven (97) Consolation Prizes of $1,000, Odds of winning: 97 in 100. If the grand prize is not won, it will not be awarded. If the secondary prize is not won, it will not be awarded. If the tertiary prize is not won, it will not be awarded. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Prizes are not transferable. The grand prize winner (if any), the secondary prize winner (if any), the tertiary prize winner (if any) or the consolation prize winner, will be required to sign an affidavit form including release of liability to Sponsor and allowing Sponsor to use the winners name and likeness for advertising purposes without additional compensation to the promotion winner and a Federal Tax form - 1099 Misc. In the event winner fails to timely return documents, or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification may result. In that event, no alternate winner will be selected.

6.
Each participant, as a condition of participating, releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor WZWZ, the prize provider, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person(s), including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in any Promotion related activity, or participation in this Promotion. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her prize after it has been delivered.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from the Promotion that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting, or be, in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or interfere in any manner with any aspect or portion of this Promotion. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, copied, or like entry methods, will void all such entries by any such methods, and will disqualify any participant using such methods.

7.      LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

a)    Any attempted participation by means other than those permitted by these Rules, is void. Sponsor and any participating promotion agencies or prize providers will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries; or any technical error or failure, or unauthorized human intervention, or for the inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. Sponsor is not responsible for contacting any participant if that participant has changed contact information and failed to provide Sponsor with the proper contact information when such information is required.

b)    Neither Sponsor WZWZ nor any participating promotion agencies or prize providers are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, lost, late, damaged, misdirected entries, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause). If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason which Sponsor WZWZ, in its sole opinion, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor WZWZ reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, in whole or in part, and if possible, to select the Contestants from entries received prior to the action taken or as otherwise may be deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor WZWZ. Sponsor WZWZ reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be un sportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion.

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ANY PARTICIPATING PROMOTIONAL COMPANIES OR PRIZE PROVIDERS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8.    MISCELLANEOUS: This Promotion is subject only to the laws of Indiana and the United States. Prizes will be awarded and/or delivered only to addresses within the United States. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Additionally, Sponsor WZWZ reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9.      ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, participants in the Promotion agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, or the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration, to take place in the State of Indiana, U.S.A. pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for and participants hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflicts of law doctrine.

10. Winner list: For the name of the winner, send a self addressed stamped envelope, postmarked by 12/31/2010 to “WZWZ Cash Cow 2 Winner’s List”, P.O. Box 2208 Kokomo IN 46904-2208. All local, state, and federal taxes are of sole responsibility of the winner(s). In the event the grand prize is awarded, the winner will be required to complete a winner’s affidavit and release form and a Federal Tax form - 1099 Misc.
