Kokomo Police Nab Sound of Music Robbery Suspect
Patrol officers were dispatched to the Sound Of Music, 106 W. Walnut, for an alarm shortly before 8:00 pm on August, 22nd 2009. When they arrived they found forced entry into the front of the business. Items taken from the business included a very distinct guitar. Working on a Crime Stoppers tip, investigators were led to the 1100 block of North Philips. All of the stolen items were located at that address. Arrested in the case was Gary D. Millard, 40, of Kokomo. Millard is charged with Burglary a class C felony.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
