Scouts collection of the food for their food bags begin. This is where our Lions Club gets the can food items for the food Basket. The scouts deliver the bags on December 8th to all the Greentown residents and then on the 12th they recollet the bags and take
them to the Howard County Fairgrounds.
DECEMBER 11TH & 12TH
Help your community and donate to the Lion's Bell ringers on the 11th & 12th. This
money helps the Lion's purchase items that were not collected by the Scouts.
NOW UNTIL DECEMBER 17, 2009
The Lion's Club has teamed up with Hulce's Supermarket in Greentown for the collection of funds to purchase the 100 turkeys needed for the food baskets. Just visit Hulce's and help your community by purchasing a turkey for someone who may not be as lucky as youor I this Thanksgiving.
